Data Sheet: GORE^® Low Emission Filter Bags

GORE Low Emission Filter Bags are innovative seam-taped filter bags that provide extremely high filtration efficiency and excellent product capture. They start with a filter bag already proven to provide extremely low emissions and add a newly engineered and patented high-temperature, high-durability seam tape covering all stitches on the filter bag.

• Stops emissions by covering leak paths created by stitching holes
• Unique PTFE tape material will not crack or fail in high temperature applications

• Chemicals Processing:  Product separation and collection in a broad range of chemical manufacturing processes such as reactor-, dryer-, micronizer- , purge gas- and packaging filters.
• Incineration:  Flue gas cleaning of waste incineration and biomass-to-energy power plants in primary filters, dry and semidry sorption systems as well as end-of-pipe filters.
• Metals Processing:  Process venting filters in lead plants, ferroalloy furnaces, iron and steel plants, secondary aluminium smelters and precious metals smelters.
• Minerals Processing:  Particulate removal for cement kiln, clinker cooler and finish mill bag filters.
